Time for you to follow through with those New Year's Resolutions around weight loss! I will be having HCG Classes at 7pm on the first Friday of every month. Lose a pound a day! Classes will be held at Kingston Crossing Wellness Clinic. This year we encourage you to give the gift of health to a loved one, or even better-yourself!
